250 mlBrown Sugar
1Egg
5 mlVanilla Essence
375 mlFlour
2.5 mlBaking Powder
1 mlSalt

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Whisk the Oil, Brown Sugar, Egg and Vanilla Essence till well combined.

Mix in Flour, Baking Powder and Salt until a dough is formed.

Roll out and cut dough with a cookie cutter.

Place on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
