In blender add soaked green moong dal grind them nicely bring it to thick pouring consistency batter with help of water if needed.Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder mix well

Heat a pan and spread the batter evenly in circular motion after some time spread paneer and drizzle oil and flip the chilla to cook both side.

Healthy and delicious moong dal chilla is ready to enjoy with green chutney and ketchup enjoy😊!!!!
