This is the quickest and one of the healthiest meals. Hope you try it and enjoy it!
Cooking Instructions

In a pan on medium high heat add olive oil, butter, salt and pepper and lemon zest. Heat and stir for 1 min

Wash well your liver, cut in cubes and add on the pan. Add lemon juice and stir. You have to cook the liver very well. Keep stirring until fully cooked

In the meantime steam some broccoli or any veggie or make a salad of choice.

Serve and enjoy!
