Cut the onion slices and dip in the vinegar, salt and water for 5 minutes.

Take a serving dish add iceberg lettuce, onion slices, tomato slices

Add cucumber slices, green chilli chopped

Add green olives and squeeze some lemon juice

Add freshly chopped parsley, salt and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper

Drizzle the flavoured garlic olive oil.
