  • Halfstick butter
  • mozzerlla cheese
  • Provolone cheese

    Melt butter in skillet roll steak in flour brown both sides transfer in casserole dish spread small amount sauce in bottom add steak cut in 4 season to taste add 1 one thrd cup water cover bake 350 1 hour...

    When al.ozt done uncover add cheseese and peppers and mushrooms optional meltcheese

  3. 3

    When done you will have juices in bottom of pan pour over mash potato or baked potato

  4. 4
