Boiled potatoes and peeled and mash them.

Take a big bowl and potatoes and red chili flakes black pepper salt and corn flour mix it well and make a door take a small dough maker role like a roll.

Put cheese in the middle of the rools. Make a round rools and cover it with sewaiya. And fry them in a deep fry pan. serve with chutney.
