150 gramsground lamb
2tomatoes
1medium onion
Mixed cilantro and parsley
Spices:
Black pepper
Salt
Turmeric
Ginger

First, blend a little cilantro and parsley with the tomatoes and onion in a blender.

Put the sauce in a tagine with a little vegetable oil and spices, and let it cook.

Take the ground lamb, add some cilantro and parsley and spices, form into balls, and set aside for a while.

Once the sauce is cooked, add the meatballs and let them finish cooking. Enjoy your meal!
