Ingredients

  • 3 earscorn, kernels removed
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk or 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 ozcream cheese
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • butter for greasing the pan
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preferably use fresh corn

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients to the blender and pour into the previously greased pan

  3. 3

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes and it's ready.
