Wash arbi and pressure cook it for 1 or 2 whistles.
After 2 whistles. Then peel it and cut it. - 2
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain sprinkle then add green chili paste saute them add salt mix well. Saute 30 seconds

Add cut arbi and mix well with a spatula. Fry 4 to 5 mins slow flame. Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with poori, paratha, and a packed lunch box also.
