Mix all the dry ingredients together, peel the plantain & add warm water to it, blend & pour on the mixed dry ingredients, add the oil & mix

Add more warm water to make a smooth batter, cover with a clean towel and allow it for 30mins in a warm place. When it rises, grease your palms with oil and scoop the batter in a hot oil to deep dry as shown in the image.
