It is very easy to cook. And it is very delicious and healthy food.

Cut the konjak into long and narrow.

Tear the enoki mushroom.

Stir-fry the konjak until the water of konjak run out.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. And remove the water.

Add enoki mushroom. And stir-fry again.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce again.

Add dried bonito and chili powder and sesami oil.

When these ingridients are mixed, it will be ready. And put the chopped scallions on the top.
