We cooked fish dishes today but while cooking them, we got some parts not usable for those dishes. Like fish heads and bones. Cook every part!

We cooked fish dishes today but while cooking them, we got some parts not usable for those dishes. Like fish heads and bones. Cook every part!

Prepare fish heads and bones. Don't throw them away! They'll be perfect dashi.

Add them in a hot water, but not too hot! Boiled water will deprive the flavor so keep it not too hot.

Remove all the fishes after 30 minutes

Add cut tofu and leak
- 5
Stop heating and melt and mix miso.

Tada! You can add the fish heads back in the soup if you want, they must be tasty. Adding some ginger will be another spice :)
