Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grskinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tbspza'atar
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsugar or honey
  • Oil for frying (about 2-3 tbsp)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and slice chicken breast to your preference. Use a fork to create little holes on the chicken.

  2. 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients (except oil for frying) and rub it to the chicken. Marinate overnight in the fridge.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat. Pan-fry both sides until the chicken is properly cooked.
