Za'atar Chicken

During fasting month, I prefer to make something quick and easy. It's best to marinate the chicken overnight, but 30 minutes should work fine, too.
Za'atar Chicken
During fasting month, I prefer to make something quick and easy. It's best to marinate the chicken overnight, but 30 minutes should work fine, too.
Steps
- 1
Cut and slice chicken breast to your preference. Use a fork to create little holes on the chicken.
- 2
Mix the rest of the ingredients (except oil for frying) and rub it to the chicken. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat. Pan-fry both sides until the chicken is properly cooked.
