Mash the boiled potatoes in 1 bowl then add green chilli and red chilli powder and salt to taste,then add kuttu atta and water into it to make a batter of thick consistency.

Then take the wok and heat oil and then put the batter into small batches. Fry it till it gets golden brown and crispy. Ready to serve with curd or chutney.
