Tortilla Bread with Seeds and Oats for Shawarma or Fajita Sandwiches

Cooking is an art and a joy for me. I love cooking delicious meals for my family and presenting the food in a special way, even if we don't have guests. I try to make all kinds of sandwiches and fast food at home, and even some desserts, in a way that's healthier and still tasty, in addition to traditional dishes to which I sometimes add my own special touches. 😊

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and gradually add water, kneading until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover and let it rest for about an hour.
- 2
Divide the dough into equal medium-sized pieces or as desired. Sprinkle a little flour on the cloth and on the dough pieces to prevent sticking, and let them rest.
- 3
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin as thin as possible.
- 4
Heat the pan or griddle well and bake the flatbreads on both sides. Cover them immediately with a cloth to keep them soft.
- 5
Use for shawarma sandwiches or any type of sandwich. Enjoy!

I'm worried about the amount of bad cholesterol that my family is consuming, so I decided to come up with an oil-free, low-cholesterol bread recipe. If you enjoy a little less salt, then feel free to reduce the amount of salt. If you like sweeter bread, then add some sugar.Of course you can also use regular milk too. With the measurements of the flour, it's just supposed to reach a combined weight of 250 g. So don't sweat it if it's not exact!!This is fantastic for babies too. Recipe by Llimona cookpad.japan -

Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm removing gluten and casein from my son's diet, so I made this soft and fluffy bread for him.The point is to keep an eye on the dough while it's proofing so that it only doubles in size. If it expands too much, the center of the bread will sink.If it's summer, once the dough is about 1.5 times larger, go ahead and preheat your oven. You can make this with dry yeast too.
