Ingredients

  1. 5 duck eggs
  2. 300 gTaro, steamed & smashed
  3. 420 gCoconut milk
  4. 4-5 Pandan leaf
  5. 220 g cane sugar mix with coconut sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 4 tbsps oil from fried shallots
  8. 2/3 cup shallots, sliced and fried

Steps

  1. 1

    Put duck eggs, pandan leafs, cane sugar mix with coconut sugar and salt. Squeeze by dry, clean hand until cane sugar mix with coconut sugar dissolve. Filter it. Add the smashed taro, coconut milk, and oil. Whisk until combine. Put in the cup foil.

  2. 2

    Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with fried shallots. Ready to enjoy.
