Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 4 spoonall-purpose flour
  • 1 spooncurd
  • as per requirement water
  • as required oil for frying
  • 1 cupwater for syrup
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 spoonCardamom powder
  • as required food color

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add curd to the flour and make a thick batter with water.

  2. 2

    Now in another pan, take water, sugar, cardamom powder. Heat the syrup till you feel it sticky between fingers.

  3. 3

    Now transfer the earlier prepared batter into a bottle and keep aside. Heat the oil and draw jalebis on medium flame. Transfer the jalebi to the syrup immediately after they turn golden brown.

  4. 4

    Wait for 2 minutes and let the jalebis absorb the syrup.
    Now strain and serve hot enjoy!!!!!!!
