Quinoa Fried Rice!!!

Cook quinoa, with 2 cup of water by covering up the pan. Until all of the water dries out. Let it cool.

In another pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, and onions. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add vegetables and all sauces black pepper, and salt, and sauté on high flame for a few minutes.

Then add quinoa, and mix well.
You can add spring onions at the end for the garnishing. If you want to add any other sauce, adjust quantity accordinglyEnjoy!
