Ingredients

2 hours
4 person
  • half kgBeef mince
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 3 TbspShan seekh kabab masala
  • 3 Tbspyogurt
  • 2 tbspBesan roasted
  • 4onions
  • Green coriander leaves
  • 4large spoon cooking oil
  • 1coal for smoke
  • 1 tspBadyan powder

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Take out all ingredients

    Mix well with spatula

    Keep a side for 1 hour

    After 1 hour cut 3 onions and fry

    When it become pink add marinated mince

    Cook few minutes on medium flame and add 2 tsp Badyan powder

    Cook well

    When beef is tender nicely off the stove

    Hot the coal

    Give somke

    Now garnish with coriander leaves and onions serve with paratha and Raita
