Masala milk or Masala Doodh is traditional sweetened milk enriched with powdered nuts and flavored with cardamom and saffron.

Take a pan, put milk and keep on gas. When it starts boiling, slow the flame and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Then add sugar, milk masala, saffron in milk and let it Boil.

Add chopped nuts and boil for another 5 - 7 minutes. Then turn of the flame let it cool down and add cardamom powder.

Your yummy masala doodh is ready to serve
