Steps

For Puranpudi :
Take the nonstick pan add boiled dal and sugar and stir fry them continuously for about 10-15 minutes then add Cardamon powder
Mix them well till the Puran leaves the pan. - 2
Bind Wheat semi-soft dough and make the Puranpudi like Rolling thin Chapati filling the Puran dough and close the plits and roll them in small round medium-sized Roti and roast them lightly golden colour and apply ghee over the Puran pudi

Rasedar Aloo :
Take the pan add oil and mustard seeds as well Cumin seeds and the boiled potatoes add all the spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, lightly garam masala optional to them and mix them well add some water and keep semi thickened consistency l and lastly add chopped coriander leaves. - 4
For Khaman :
Take 1cup Besan add Buttermilk, salt, turmeric powder and mix them well and keep them aside for 10-15 mins
Now cook them in a steamer by applying oil over the plates for 10-15 mins. - 5
Do serve them altogether and serve as Bhog Thali to Mataji or God in your occasions.
