Take a both flour in a paraat. add loose ghee and mix properly Add salt, cumin seeds, coarsely crushed pepper powder and carom seeds.Mix it well. Add water and knead a tight dough. Cover and leave it for10 min.

Mix a 1tbsp Wheat flour and 1tbsp melted ghee.Make a paste.

Divide a dough in to 2 parts. Now roll a thin roti from 1part.Spread paste with fingers and make a tight plit. Cut into small pieces. And roll a puri.Spread apaste and flip one side puri. Again flip apply paste. And make a triangle shape and roll with soft hand.

Fry on medium slow flame.Tasty Crispi Mathri is ready to serve.
