Irish potato flat bread🍽🥔

Sift flour into a bowl, add in the 2 cups mashed potato knead well until every thing is properly incorporated

Then divide the dough into 6 or 7 pieces. Dust your board with flour & roll each piece like a flat bread

Then fry in a hot pan & cover it.

Flip after some minutes fry both sides until golden brown color is achieved then off heat & serve. I serve mine with sauce & fish enjoy!!!😋😋😋🍽
