Using the double boiling method, melt the chocolate, then add butter to it and mix well. In a blender, add 2 eggs and beat well and then add sugar and blend well till the sugar dissolves. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.

Now sieve the dry ingredients - maida, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix well, add a pinch of salt and coffee powder. Now add the chocolate butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well. Add the dry ingredients gradually to form the batter. Now grease the baking tray with butter and place the parchment paper and add the batter. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

For the ganache, melt the chocolate in the boiled milk, then mix the butter and allow it to cool. Pour it over the brownie. Yummy, fudgy, chocolaty brownie is ready.
