Greek Salad Dressing

Greek Food is hugely popular in Melbourne where I live. A local Greek restaurant called ‘Nikos Tavern’ is where I first came across the amazing Greek cuisine. Greek Salad is always seasoned very simply, yet really tasty because of the amazing Fetta and Kalamata Olives. This is the simple dressing that I often make.

Steps
- 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. *Note: DO NOT add extra Salt. The dressing shouldn’t be too salty as Greek Salad contains salty Fetta and Kalamata Olives.
- 2
*Note: If you have fresh Greek Oregano in your garden, why don’t you use it?
