First heat up the kadai and dry roast all millets flakes separately and keep aside. Now dry roast makhana same kadai and keep aside for cool down.

Now heat oil in a kadai add peanuts and fry them well. Then fry cashew nuts, almonds, kismish keep aside.

Take a big vessel add all roasted flakes and mix it then add all fried nuts and mix it well.

Heat oil in a small tadka pan add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and saute few seconds then turn off the flame then add turmeric powder. Now pour this tadka on the flakes chuda mixture and mix it well.

Now add sugar powder, chaat masala powder, salt and mix it properly.
