  3. 100 gany milk you preferred
  4. 15 gany sweetness you preferred (I used honey)
  5. 10 gchia seeds
  6. On top
  7. Your preference (I used chocolate and cashew nuts)

Cooking Instructions

    Smash banana

  2. 2

    Add other ingredients and mix together

  3. 3

    Refrigerate more than 6 hours (overnight)

  4. 4

    Add some toppings and serve
