Take Soak soyabean and keep in water and Squeeze all water from soyabean

An coat soyabean with cornflour and ginger garlic paste mix well and deep fry soyabean till it changes to golden

Take pan add oil, garlic, cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot and saute for 5 minutes

Then add Ching's Manchurian masala and water and mix well

Add fried soyabean and Manchurian masala water and salt, soya sauce, red Chilli sauce and mix well

In sauted veggies and mix it well

Add water as you like the gravy. And keep on low flame for 5 minutes

An garnish with spring onion and your yummy Chinese soyabean manchurian is ready to serve
