I learnt this from my mom-in-law. Love this crispy and soft dosa with spicy coconut chutney. Amma used to prepare this on fasting days.

Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours. Then grind into fine batter.

Keep it for fermantation for 5-6 hours.

Then mix roasted rava, salt, hing powder and finely chopped green chilli, mix well and keep aside for 10 min.

Heat Dosa tawa, pour ladle full of batter, spread it slowly, sprinkle little oil over it and cook then flip it and cook another side for few seconds.

Yummy dosa ready to serve with chutney and strong coffee ❤️❤️
