1 3/4 tspPotassium Chloride
1/2 tspMagnesium Glycinate
500 mgCoconut Water Powder
1000 mgTaurine

Add 1/2 teaspoon of dry mixture to 32oz or 4 cups of water.

Flavor with 1/4 cup of Orange or Pineapple juice if so desired.
Alternatively, you can use True Lime and True Lemon powder.
