Place in greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Swirl potatoes with back of the spoon to make circular pattern, and sprinkle paprika and butter on top.

Place briefly under broiler.

Mama’s Potato Salad Mama’s Potato Salad
It’s summer in my world and nothing says summer like this potato salad. My mom has made this my entire life and I have carried that tradition on. We love a lot of mustard in ours. Almost like a deviled egg potato salad. No sweet in this. It’s tangy and savory. I can’t believe I’m just putting this out there but better late than never.
