Homemade Salt and Vinegar Mayonnaise

I gained advice from the Internet on how too make a homemade mayonnaise - so many ways too make different flavoured Mayonnaises' . The homemade Mayonnaise that I made would go well with very crispy Triple Deep Fried Chips - Vinegar run's off of these kind of hot cooked chips and so dip the bland chips in the Salt and Vinegar Mayonnaise

Establish 4 hen egg yolks in your Kenwood Attachment large mixing bowl and then mix on full power with the large Kenwood Whisk Attachment on and see through Plastic Kenwood guard and allow the Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer Machine too keep whisking for 2 minutes

Then add the 6 teaspoons of White Wine Vinegar and then turn back onto full power and whisk for One minute

Add the One small teaspoon of Table Salt and then turn the Kenwood Food Mixer back on and whisk for another One minute

Turn the Kenwood Food Mixer off - whilst you pour Sunflower Oil into the highest cup measurement size and then very slowly pour the Sunflower Oil into the mix while the Kenwood Whisk keeps turning on full power and then when the Sunflower Oil is gone from the cup measurement - then top it up and then continue too slowly pour the Sunflower Oil through the flap of the guard and can pour the Sunflower Oil in quicker nearing the depletion

Store in a 600ml Air Tight Plastic Container and try too use up the homemade Mayonnaise within a Week - the salt should preserve the Mayonnaise and best too leave in a cold Fridge, but not too cold - otherwise it will freeze over
