Firstly,in a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,add sugar,add oil,mix it well.add salt,add kasuri methi,add baking soda,add curd,add water, and start to knead dough.knead and punch the dough well for at least 5 minutes.

Bhatura,and press with the spoon to puff up.flip over and fry the Bhatura till golden brown all over.then drain the Bhatura in to tissue paper to remove excess oil.fry all Bhatura same way.Bhatura is ready.
