Steps
- 1
Pop open the biscuits, roll out each biscuit into approx 5 inch circle.
- 2
Add a pinch of cheese, 1 Tbsp scrambled eggs, 1 Tbsp cooked sausage, another pinch of cheese. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- 3
Bring up each side, overlapping like a burrito, then bring up each end and pinch together to enclose filling. Don’t want to lose any during baking.
- 4
Place in baking dish, seam side down. Bake 11-14 minutes or according to directions on biscuit can. TIP: can be cooked in air fryer
- 5
Option: Prep ahead for the week, take one or two out for your breakfast.
- 6
Ham, egg & cheese.
- 7
Sausage & Bacon prepped for the week.
