Wash the baby corn and cut in small pieces. Add a pinch of salt and boil until tender. Drain the water and pat dry and set aside.

Wash and dry the okra and cut in small rounds. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Once it starts to flutter add the okra and toss until covered in oil. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder and tomato paste. Mix well. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally until cooked. Add in the baby corn and mix. Let it cook for a minute or so and transfer in a serving dish. Enjoy with rice, roti, naan etc.
