At first, put the poha in a strainer. Pour 3-4 glasses of water on it and wash properly. Tap the strainer to extract water from the poha. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Keep aside.

Turn on the flame and heat a kadhai. Add oil let it heat and add peanuts. Stir peanuts for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside. In the same kadhai add potato and fry on medium flame till golden brown. Take it out on a plate.

Then add onion, green chili, and curry leaves. Fry it till transparent. Then add mustard seeds and turmeric powder and mix it for a few seconds. Then add tomato, potato and all spices and mix it well. Now add poha and gently mix it.

Add peanuts and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Now cover the kadhai and cook it for a minute on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Turn off the flame. Then add lemon juice and mix everything well. Poha is ready now. Take it out on a plate. Serve hot with hot tea and enjoy......🥰🥰
