Wash the potatoes very well

Then add the vinegar to water and soak the potatoes for 5 minutes to properly clean the potato skin since we won’t be peeling it off.

After 5 minutes, rinse again and use any chipping tool to slice the potatoes

Now place a deep pot on fire and add some water, then allow to boil

Pour in the sliced potatoes and let it cook for 4 minutes

Then drain into a large sieve and let the water drain from the potatoes properly

Pour vegetable oil in a pan and allow to hit up, then deep fry the potatoes (place them one by one in the oil and do not over crowd the oil so much)

Let it fry for 1 minute first on medium heat, then start stirring continuously until it just starts to change color
(Pay attention at the stage because it can get burnt really fast) - 9
Then sieve out immediately into a sieve lined with kitchen towels

Pour in a bowl and add some yaji spices then shake the bowl to mix
