I love this recipe especially in the fall. It smells so good in the house while cooking.

I just buy the stew meat already cut. Place meat in slow cooker. Cover with sliced onion. Combine garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, and dry mustard and 1 cup of water. Stir together

Cover and cook 8 hours. I serve this over egg noodles or rice. I have also added mushrooms to the mixture.

I also double the sauce part of the recipe because it is so good.
