Homemade Kasuri Methi Naans

A flavoursome all time favourite Indian Bread that is loved by many including the kids. The reason for this is that these are soft, fluffy and melt in mouth and goes well with even the plain Cheese or Sugar. My children love them with some Cheese on top or even Sugar. Nothing else needed for them. That's the reason I make these yummy Naans with lots of variations making them healthy and nutritious. One such try include making these beautiful looking Kasuri Methi Naans. Now this one is the most simplest of all with just Butter, Kasuri Methi and some Coriander Leaves.
Though I made them with Fresh Methi as well many a times, this one here is with homemade Kasuri Methi.
And of course one thing to let you all know is that I have used Yeast in this which made them even more spongy and fluffy. That's how they turn out each time I make them at home, all credit to my Instant Dry Yeast from Saf brand (France). The most important thing to remember is that the Yeast should be a good one. That's all people. Let's get going.

Steps
- 1
To the warm Milk add in the Yeast and set aside to bubble up in a warm place. Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl including Kasuri Methi. Using the Yeast mix, knead the dough till everything is well done and set it aside in a warm place to rest for about an hour.
- 2
Once done, start by dividing the dough into equal portions. With this recipe, you can make out 15 (or can depend upon the person making it).
- 3
Now with each portion, make out ovals of equal thickness, make sure to take care to be gentle. When all the ovals are moulded, set them in a warm place preferably for a second round of rising for about 20 minutes. At this point of time, apply some water on top. Spread Sesame Seeds or Black Seeds or both and chopped Coriander. In this particular one, I added them directly to the dough.
- 4
Roast them on a medium to medium high heat on a tawa preferably on both the sides. After done spread generous amount of Butter on top. Serve these melt in mouth super fluffy Naans with your favourite Curries or relish these with some plain Butter. Enjoy!
