  • 60 g (30 g)oatmeal (make it flour if you use old fashioned)
  • 100 g (50 g)water or soy milk
  • 10 g (5 g)sugar
  • 2 g (1 g)salt
  • 6 g (3 g)baking powder
  • Inside sandwich (your choice)
  • I used lettuce, cucumber, tuna

    Put oatmeal to a microwave available tapper wear or a glass

    Add water or soy milk, soak 10 mins. Then mix very well until a little sticky.

    Mix with sugar, salt and baking powder
