In a pan add oil, grated papaya, carrot, chillies and the ingredients in the filling section. Mix well and cook for 5mts

Keep the filling aside to cool. Knead dough for the dumplings. Now make rotis out of it and cut into half. Put the filling and make potlis

Steam the momos or dumplings. For 5 mts. For extra crispiness in shallow fried them after steaming. Serve hot.
