Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 250gm. Perboiled rice (short grain)
  • 1chopped Carrot
  • 6chopped french beans
  • 1/2capsicum cut in small pieces
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 tbs.Chopped garlic
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 2cardamom & 1 inch cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp.Sugar
  • 2 tsp.schezwan powder
  • 4 tsp.Oil
  • 3 tbs.chopped Spring onion
  • 1fried egg (for garnishing) optional

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make steamed rice properly. Cool it & Keep asid. Heat oil in kadai.Add Cinnamon & Cardamom. Then add chopped garlic. After a while, add chopped carrot, french beans & onion. Fry it for 3 /4 minutes in high flame. Then add capsicum & fry it for 1 minutes.

    Then add steamed rice, chopped spring onion, green chillies, salt & sugar. Fry it well in medium to low flame for 5 minutes.

    Add Schezwan powder & mix it well. It's Done.
    *Garnish with fried egg (optional).
    Now serve it with Chilli paneer or Chicken.
