In a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and sauté the fenugreek leaves for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl add melted ghee, oil, corn flour and plain flour. Mix well and set aside.

In a bowl add plain flour, semolina, 2 tablespoon oil,1/2 teaspoon turmeric,1 teaspoon chilli powder,1 teaspoon ajwain,1 teaspoon sesame seeds,1 teaspoon cumin seeds,1 teaspoon black pepper,Salt to taste. Mix well and gradually add water and make a tight dough. (i used little bit less than 3/4 cup) Cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Make 12 equal balls and roll them out thinly.
Take 1 rolled out roti and brush the slurry covering the whole roti. Place another roti on top and brush the slurry. Place a roti on top and roll it out as thinly as possible. Roll the rolled roti in a tight roll. Cut in 1 inch length. Repeat for the rest of the roti.
Roll the cut rolls as thinly as possible. Deep fry on medium heat until lightly golden. Enjoy saatpuri khaja puri. - 6
