50 gmradish pods
1/2 cupchopped pink gauva
1 piecegreen chilli finely chopped
Rock salt to taste as required
1/4 tspaamchur powder or 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tspsugar
2 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish
2 tbspfinely chopped mint/ phudina leaves to garnish

Discard ends from radish pods. Chopped into small pieces. Chopped pink gauva and green chilli as shown.

Mix all ingredients along with spices
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mint/ phudina leaves.
