Peel your korean pear/apple and cut around core, roughly chop into pieces. Peel and roughly chop your onion before putting into blender with pear/apple pieces. Add in your sugar, sesame oil, peeled ginger and garlic before blending. Add rice wine as needed to help blend into a uniform liquid

Add the rest of your rice wine and soy sauce to blended mixture. Marinade meat in this overnight or minimum 3 hours if for mushrooms.
