Fried Ice Cream has a warm, crunchy shell with cold ice cream inside. it is really deep fried and served with chocolate sauce.

Fried Ice Cream has a warm, crunchy shell with cold ice cream inside. it is really deep fried and served with chocolate sauce.
Steps

Mix together the crushed corn flakes and ground cinnamon.

Wrap scoop of Icecream with the cling wrap and keep it in freezer for an hour.

Mix 2 tbsp of corn flour and a tbsp of plain flour along with as required water and make slurry keep aside.

Now take out a icecream ball and coat them first with slurry and then in the corn flakes mixture. Freeze for 1-2 hours.

Remove from the freezer. Repeat the process of coating cover for full coverage. Return to the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.

Heat oil in a heavy pot to fry, deep fry one ice cream ball at a time (leave the rest in the freezer) for 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Serve immediately or return to the freezer.
Top with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry, as per choice.
