It's time to celebrate cookpad birthday. Today I made our Indian Desi Dessert. Yes,, right... Halwa.. usually our moms make on our birthday.. So I had given Halwa a cake shape. So let's cut Sooji Rava Halwa Cake.

1 cupSooji - Rava
6 tspghee
1 cupsugar
3 cuphot milk
6 strandsSaffron added in milk
1 tspcardamom and nutmeg powder
some chopped dryfruits
some kishmish

Take a kadai, add ghee and sooji rava. Roast on a slow flame, till aroma comes out. Add kismis and dryfruits also. Mix well.

Now add hot milk, Saffron mixed milk. Combine well. Till sooji absorb all milk. Now add sugar, mix well. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Stir till sooji release ghee. Transfer in a plate. Give any shape of like a cake. Garnish with gems, dryfruits.... Cut cake and enjoy..
