Ingredients

  • 6-8sucuk
  • Kalamata olives
  • Poached eggs
  • 3-4cherry tomato
  • 1cucumber
  • Feta cheese
  • Slicebread

Steps

10-20 mins
  1. 1

    Place the Sucuk on pan (hot) flip it in 2 mins

    Get the 2 eggs and crack it on the sucuk put a little bit of salt on egg. Let it cook for 15 mins

    Take the skin off the cucumber and cut it like this

    Put the olives next to the cucumber

    Cut the cheese like this and put it next to the olives

    Place the sucuk and the egg on another plate but it has to be a small one

    Finally put the tomato next to the feta cheese
