Steps

Cut the Chicken Breasts in half horizontally to create 16 steaks in total. Sprinkle each side with Salt and Pepper.

Place Rice Flour in a shallow dish. Coat chicken in flour and shake off excess. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place chicken in skillet and cook in batches for 2 – 3 minutes until golden. Turn and cook the other side for 1 minute. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Turn heat down slightly to medium. Add Garlic and top with the Plant Butter. Stir garlic briefly once butter melts

Add Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Liqueur. Stir pan to deglaze the pan. Return chicken to the pan and bring sauce to simmer, then simmer for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
