Wash the Red poha & soak it in half cup water. Drain it. Mash it with the back side of the spoon

Add curd & mix it well. Keep it aside. Then add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger crushed, coriander leaves, cummin, rice powder & required salt. Mix it well.

Finally add Asafoetida powder & mix it well. Make a dough.
Grease a banana leaf or your hand with oil. Flatten it & make a hole. - 4
Fry it in hot oil on medium heat.
When it turns brown or cooked, remove from heat.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
